This is a book about ordinary things and small, bright pleasures that can easily go unnoticed. It’s a view of the year from a stone house on Ireland’s Dingle peninsula, a place where life is still marked and shaped by the area’s Celtic past.
The design required a sensitive, perceptive touch, portraying a gently changing feel to the Celtic seasons that still shape the cycle of the year on the Dingle peninsula. With plenty of white space and classical typography to complement the beautiful and journalistic colour photography, the book design is intended to flow at a measured pace.<
