Brand Identity: Property DevelopmentBackground: This £23 million mixed-use development entails the construction of 78 studio/B1 accommodation units comprising studio spaces for creative and start-up occupiers, and the construction of 97 residential dwellings.
Our solution: We experimented with modular styled logos which would also work with secondary graphics throughout a range of advertising and marketing material. The ‘G’ is distinctively linear and modular, with the bottom right quarter of the letter ‘Q’ being graphically portrayed in blocks, influencing the secondary graphic. The slab serif Rockwell typeface complements the intersecting spirit of the identity.
