Kings Hall

Brand Identity: Property Development

Background: The King’s Hall Complex is a new 16-acre development situated at Belfast’s iconic King’s Hall building in Balmoral, encompassing a range of commercial and residential facilities including healthcare clinics, a hotel and a private hospital. The complex required a visual brand that would portray the scheme as an exciting, modern and innovative project, building on the existing King’s Hall heritage, ethos and culture.

Kings Hall branding concept process

Our solution: Influenced by the Art Deco architectural features of the iconic King’s Hall façade, our concept breaks down these features as graphic horizontal, vertical, diagonal and curved geometric, overlapping shapes. As well as being sympathetic to the heritage of the building and its history, the resulting modern, colourful and distinctive motif is adapted to sub-brands that identify the key areas and phases of the development.
