Background: North Coast Property is an estate agent situated on the north coast of Ireland and specialising in coastal homes and holiday lets. This vibrant, forward-thinking and fast-growing company decided to rebrand after five years in business in order to position their brand as a leader in an expanding, exciting market sector.

Our solution: The coastal route around Ireland’s north coast is quite simply outstanding. Our concept for the brand was to graphically represent and convey the vibrant, relaxing and liberating ambiance that this coastline brings. Sea, surf, sand and land are the individual elements that make up the visual identity with further fun elements being applied throughout implementation.
